
26+2 Hot Yoga
A 60 minute heated yoga class consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This is a great class to relieve tension and stress from beginners to advanced.​ Please try this class before you try Hot Vinyasa.

Hot Vinyasa
An advanced 60 minute heated yoga class where we will move through more advanced sequences at a faster speed. This class is NOT for Beginner's and you should try 26+2 Hot Yoga before you try this class.

Beginner's Yoga
A 60 minute slow flow vinyasa class that explores the Sun Salutations and other poses. Geared towards beginner's but anyone can enjoy!​ This class is not heated.

Power Vinyasa
A 60 minute faster paced vinyasa flow geared towards intermediate and advanced yoga levels, but anyone can try! ​This class is not heated.

Chair Yoga
A 45 minute yoga class where we use a chair as a prop to help with balance. We begin by stretching and exercising in the chair, coming out of the chair for some standing poses, and ending the class back in the seat again. From senior citizens to those who want to try something new and relaxing, this class is for you!​

Candlelight Yin Yoga
A 60 minute slow flow yin yoga class where we hold the postures for 1-5 minutes. This is not a class to break a sweat, but to break past the connective tissues into the fascia to release collagen and tension.
Circuit Training

Different exercise stations set up that groups will rotate through. Each station works a different part of the body making this a great full body workout.

Beach Barre
Beach Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

This class is a full body, muscle endurance workout. Typically broken into different sections that focus on major muscle groups including arms, legs, glutes and core.

Get ready to plie, pulse and point!

INDOOR CYCLING
45 minutes of indoor cycling with resistance and speed to burn maximum calories.

GO & Flow
(cycling+yoga)
30 minutes on the indoor bike followed by 30 minutes of yoga and stretching.

Zumba®
Zumba is a fun and effective dance work out that is a good option for people who enjoy upbeat music and energic group exercise environment. It is an interval workout that moves between high and low intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.

Warrior Flow
New Class alert! This class will be co-taught by Caitlin and Tori and be offered at least once per month. Think tribal dance + calisthenics + body weight exercises meet breath work and yoga. This is a great full body work out that can tone, strengthen and help with mobility. Let your inner animal out during this one hour class of primal movement.
Adult Hip Hop

A cardio workout disguised as dancing and fun. This is not a class to be synchronized but to express yourself and let loose. Elements of dance and hip hop will combine with body weight exercises during this 60 minute calorie burning class.
